Apples – Fuji

Product Overview

Fuji apples are one of the world’s most popular premium apple varieties, valued for their natural sweetness, dense crunch, and excellent keeping quality. Known for their attractive reddish-pink blush over a yellow background, Fuji apples are widely traded in domestic and international wholesale markets due to their consistent quality, long shelf life, and broad consumer appeal.

Key Characteristics

Fuji apples are exceptionally crisp and juicy with a high natural sugar content and mild acidity. The flesh is firm, fine-grained, and aromatic, making the variety suitable for both fresh consumption and extended storage. Fuji apples retain sweetness even after long cold storage, which makes them ideal for year-round supply chains and export markets.
